  1. Thank you for the feedback on Disasters 2.0 and Leadership in the Open. It is always good to hear how the material is received with all the successes and pitfalls that come with it.

  2. I showed the Leadership book’s ear to my wife… That made me uncomfortable 😉

    In addition, it appears the book was intended for the novice who didn’t know what a tweet was, to the guy who has been with Twitter since week 1 and wants to know how to elevate his social media use. Social media cannot be taught that way. (I noted the same thing at the IAEM SM talks.) Pick an audience and run with it…
