Subject: New Access and Functional Needs Video Now Online!

NCDMPH is pleased to present the first in a series of videos that explores how various communities can work together to meet the needs of those with special access and functional needs. This population includes people with disabilities, those who live in institutionalized settings, the elderly, children, people with limited English and proficiency/non-English speakers, and those who are transportation-disadvantaged.
