See:  How San Francisco Neighborhood Prepares, from Emergency Management Magazine.

And one more excellent new source was called to my attention today. This new book published by Chalice Press got an enthusiastic review from a friend who works for the Red Cross. It is called the Disaster Response Toolbox, and it was prepared by Church World Service.
