Ted Jackson was the Times-Picayune photographer we brought to Kobe in November 2005, and he created this memorable before-and-after comparison that appeared on the front page of the T-P during the height of the rebuilding debates in New Orleans. (we had to arrange for a helicopter and a guide, and were fortunate to have a clear day).
