I was terminated because of the ridiculous COE and the P.A. manager despite excellent reviews. Tried for 6 years to get a raise, while newbies were coming in at C3. Yes I am very angry. I miss it, and getting canned was a real blow.

I hope the new FEMA administrator will take a hard look at the Reservist program. It needs improvement.
