  1. FEMA always did an excellent job of accommodating the needs of disabled individuals along with individuals that did not speak English. Whether in a disaster center or at a public meeting, FEMA staff went above and beyond to accommodate needs of people with disabilities and always furnished information in multiple languages. The message has clearly been communicated to FEMA staff to make all reasonable accommodations for people who require assistance.
