States Are Helping PR Recovery

So far, Puerto Rico has received a Presidential Emergency Declaration, but not a Disaster Declaration.  Why President Trump is holding up funding for the two year old hurricane damage remains a big question. Recent earthquake activity has caused substantial damage and more electric power system failures.

The only hopeful signs of help lately  are from states:

(1) New York. See: National Guard and NY Gov. Cuomo Headed to Puerto Rico.

(2) California: CA Sends Disaster Relief Delegation to PR.
