At the recent annual conference of the American Association of Geographers, there was a special session in tribute to the late Gilbert White, an internationally known and revered geographer who was the founder and first director of the Natural Hazards Center at the University of CO at Boulder. The AAG recently posted a video of that session; a link to it is attached here for your information.
