Unfortunately, Greensburg is a lousy model of recovery. Population half what it was, “green” projects unsustainable because of the lack of a suitable workforce, no real reason for a continued existence…A great story, but no substance.
I agree. Greensburg is not a good example, but FEMA pumped a lot of money in there and likes to showcase it.
