One Response to Case Study on Reducing Flood Losses

  1. Christopher Tingus says:

Many of us have advocated just such and we very much concur with your very well presented study and evaluation: Bravo!

    Christopher Tingus

“As demonstrated by this freeboard scenario, the conclusive results of this study continue to
demonstrate that higher floodplain regulations result in benefits reflected by a reduction in flood-related losses.

Furthermore, jurisdictions not implementing higher regulatory standards may
observe substantial increases in future flood losses”
