Staffing Problems at FEMA

(2) From Reuters: US Disaster Response Stretched Thin As Hurricane Season Starts. An excerpt:

  1. I have been trying to get a job with FEMA for over a year. If they would start giving people a chance to show what they are made of there wouldn’t be a shortage of manpower.
