A government report says FEMA mismanaged the distribution of goods, leading to delays in the delivery of food and water.
I hope at least they gave credit for the paper towels that the President distributed. I think that was the first time in history when a U.S. President personally distributed paper towels after a disaster. And if FEMA lost visibility on 38% of its commodity shipments (at $257 million, a drop in the bucket of the Federal budget), that means they DID have visibility on 62%, which is very nearly the passing grade on the average school exam. Let’s give credit where credit is due! (Spoiler alert: I’m being sarcastic.)
