I’ve been following G’burg for a while now, and have written about it – most recently last summer (http://resilientcommunities.home.blog/2019/08/16/a-tale-of-two-towns-sometimes-resilience-just-isnt-enough/). While I admire the Mayor’s determination and grit, and Building Back Better is nice, with a population 60% of that prior to the tornado, this is not a successful recovery.
