Within a very narrow range there has not been an increase in Presidential major disaster declarations (DRs) except for the 58 COVID19 declarations. Many Presidential Emergency Declarations EMs) go unfunded. Many FMAGs go unfunded. Most of California’s recent FMAGs roiling up into two DRs. If there is no PA obligations to the state & locals it should not be in the declaration county. Without $$ its puffery.
