Great man, Mr. Fugate, competent and with the understanding of the field Mr. Albright can only dream of. But the “New FEMA’s” proof is in the pudding, and all we had so far are cup cakes The pudding, as it were, not even on the stove yet. Alas, we fear that with FEMA’s tweeting think-tanks, at the time the pudding’s hot and ready on the table (or right in the eye), the response will be the of-late-usual twit. And so, when the next “we were not prepared for this type of event” happens, all we can do will be to follow what London’s cockneys always advised: ” ‘old to yer bleedin’ titfer!”
