It appears that New Hampshire is the only state in New England that has not yet joined this legal challenge. New Hampshire’s natural resources are extremely valuable contributing significantly to the state’s economy. We are already witnessing the impacts to the maple sugar industry, winter ski & sports, fall foliage and rapid decline of the moose population which are all factors that maintain New Hampshire’s major tourism industries.
