Will be interesting to see how many damaged structures actually have flood insurance versus properties with no coverage, especially in the Houston area. Also, do not forget the land use element of the program which according to FEMA save the nation close to 2 billion dollars a year in flood loses as a result of sound flood mitigation practices.
