T)here is an important critique of the report by Steve Koonin (former head of Dept of Energy’s Office of Science). It is an editorial piece from the WSJ, and is healthily excerpted at https://judithcurry.com/2017/11/03/steve-koonin-a-deceptive-new-report-on-climate/#more-23460. This report is a good example of “lying with statistics!”
